Cancellation Policy

Moderate policy:

• More than 30 days before check-in: 100% refund of lodging.
• Between 7 and 30 days before: 50% refund of lodging.
• Less than 7 days before: lodging is non-refundable.
• The cleaning fee and any booked services are refunded as long as the stay has not started.
• Taxes are refunded in the same proportion as the refunded amount.
• The security deposit is not charged upfront; an amount is only retained if there is damage at the end of the stay.
